_The Role of Drawing V (Artist’s Books)_Curated by Martín Carrasco Pedrero

His works are the result of the meeting and the tension between a painting of action that flirts with the chance and a great domain of the compositional space in search of an order, and pace. Thanks to this chaotic and sensual harmony of lines, the artist manages to create a frame which ensnares the viewer and hypnotizes his gaze. Contemplandolas, its abstract works on a principle, are increasingly suggestive and evocative and release our creative imagination.

Its features compositions in white on a black background abstract vocation are the result of the use of different procedures, from the temple of vinyl siding and the marker to its recent papers drilled handmade, almost always of generous proportions. Ruth Moran has evolved from the use of linear matted frames of textile appearance that occupied practically the entire surface composition to the presentation of tectonic structures densely stratified, more geometric and tidy, gravitating over the empty space and establishing a dialog with him.
